**About Bolters and Country Club Villas Tasmania**

Country Club Villas is a part of Country Club Tasmania and is a 4-star accommodation facility that comprises 78 Villas, including Villa Suites and self-contained 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas. The Villas also offers tennis courts, an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, two restaurants (including a wood-fired pizzeria), a bar, and conference facilities.

Bolters offers a delicious combination of wood-fired pizzas, a friendly bar plus a quality selection in the bottle shop. Perfect for any occasion, our guests can relax and dine-in in the spacious dining area or alfresco courtyard and enjoy live music every Friday evening

**What you can expect in a day in the role**

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Bolters Bar and Grill, you can expect every shift to be fun and diverse. Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Pouring and serving drinks behind our busy bar
- Assisting with food service and taking orders
- Helping customers with gaming, including processing payments and winnings
- Daily cleaning in both the bar and grill
- Assisting with events or large groups as needed by the business

**What you'll bring to the role**
- A flair for customer service and the ability to interact with all types of people
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a food and beverage
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) license or willingness to obtain
