Although we are keen to hear from experienced Recruiters, you don't necessarily need recruitment experience to join us. **The role**

Our Perth office is a really dynamic place to work. The team and culture are excellent - you will be joining an office of around 50 consultants across the branch who enjoy a collaborative and supportive approach to their work.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be responsible for recruiting within the Professional Services including roles such as: Administrators, Customer Service, Data Entry, Accounts and Finance, Recruitment & HR professionals.

This will involve:

- Developing new business opportunities, using targeted recruitment strategies
- Developing strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed Clients though Client visits and networking
- Negotiating job offers
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**To be successful in this role you will bring**:

- Experience working within a Recruitment environment would be highly considered or;
- Previous experience of successful stakeholder management or building client relationships within a professional environment (i.e., Travel Industry, Insurance agent, sales representative, Business Development etc.)
- Communication skills to include your ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate and express yourself when communicating with all stakeholders
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
