About the Company
Contrivers Consulting (or replace with your company name) is a specialist Salesforce consulting partner delivering complex CRM solutions for enterprise clients. We are currently hiring for an onsite role with a leading banking organisation in Melbourne.
Role Overview
You will work closely with the client's technology and business teams to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires 3 days per week onsite at the client's Melbourne CBD office, with the remaining days remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Integrate Salesforce with core banking and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Financial Services Cloud is a plus)
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred)
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Data Modeling
Familiarity with banking domain integrations and compliance requirements is advantageous
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Pay: 100-110k AUD annually. Fixed term contract.
