The roles

We're on the hunt for talented Salesforce Developers to join our team – at both
Senior
and
Lead
levels. If you know your way around
OmniStudio,
even better.

You'll design, develop, and bring to life Salesforce solutions that genuinely make an impact. Whether you're the go-to technical brain trusted to guide others (Lead), or the coding powerhouse who loves crafting elegant solutions (Senior), you'll be a key part of our high-calibre delivery team.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing, building and customising Salesforce solutions (including OmniStudio) to meet business needs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and other squad members to bring ideas to life
  • Developing complex workflows, automations, triggers and Lightning components
  • Integrating Salesforce with other platforms
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced developers (Lead role)
  • Championing best practice and quality standards so projects land on time and on point

What we're looking for

  • Strong Salesforce development skills – Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
  • Confident in Salesforce configuration, customisation and integration
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model and best practices
  • Experience with OmniStudio (or a strong desire to master it)
  • Agile mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Salesforce certifications are highly regarded
  • A healthy dose of curiosity and the drive to keep learning
