Basis: Permanent full-time (Flexible options available)
Location: Rosebery (Sydney), remote work available
Your Role
- You will be assisting the Chief Financial Officer
- Your duties will include; invoicing clients, accounts receivable, assisting solicitors with quoting budgets and billing instructions, internal reporting and office administration
- You will be part of a progressive work environment that is collaborative and supportive
- You will be given ongoing skills development and training.

We are seeking legal talent who have
- Experience working in accounts or book keeping
- Intelligence, initiative and are well organised
- Experience with Excel (plus LEAP, MYOB an advantage)
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, written & spoken
- Empathy, care and willingness to assist others
- Experience working with Indigenous peoples an advantage
Salary range, $60,000 to $70,000, + super, based on skills and experience
