We currently have a role on our team for a Corporate Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service. Based at a leading Australian financial institution, along with day to day reception operations, you will assist with service of the meeting rooms according to business demands. This may also include supporting the catering team as and when required.

**Key duties**
- Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
- Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Manage and document client feedback

**The Person**
- Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Current COVID Vaccinations are a mandatory requirement for this role
