Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and help customers find life-at-home solutions.
Support customers while managing work tasks around their needs and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints quickly to ensure happy customers and timely, accurate services.
Qualifications
Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer-focused, successful retail business.
High level of furniture product knowledge for indoor settings, outdoor settings and couches to support customer queries.
Ability to service customers while managing tasks, with strong problem-solving and communication skills; works well in a team.
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades.
