Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and help customers find life-at-home solutions.
  • Support customers while managing work tasks around their needs and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly to ensure happy customers and timely, accurate services.
Qualifications
  • Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer-focused, successful retail business.
  • High level of furniture product knowledge for indoor settings, outdoor settings and couches to support customer queries.
  • Ability to service customers while managing tasks, with strong problem-solving and communication skills; works well in a team.
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades.
