From long lunches to intimate dinners, Esca is one of the Hunter Valley's most memorable dining experiences.
We are now seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our Restaurant Manager and lead the front-of-house team.
With regular service across 4 lunch shifts and just 3 dinner shifts each week, ESCA offers a premium dining career with lifestyle-friendly hours.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll bring warmth, professionalism and leadership to the floor.
You'll ensure seamless service, support and coach the team, and help create the relaxed yet refined experience our guests know and love.
