Job Title: Grounds & Maintenance Officer

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain the beauty of our outdoor spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stunning location surrounded by beaches, national parks, and great outdoor facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control.
  • Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
  • Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents.
  • Collaborate with team members and respond to resident queries.

Requirements:

  • Current C Class driver's licence.
  • Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high levels of service.
  • Comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment.
