**We are currently seeking **_**Disability/ Mental health Support Workers **_to work with participants in our care.

**About the role**:
You will be working in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Environment, to provide people with high complex support needs an opportunity, that will foster and maximise their personal growth and independence.
- Regular ongoing shifts available
- Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals through a person-centred approach.
- 24-hour supports
- Supported Independent Living
- Community access and transport
- Domestic and Personal care.
- Administering medication.
- Doing grocery shopping and preparing meals.
- Adjusting and adapting communication and body language to suit client needs.
- Supporting clients to develop new hobbies and interests.
- Transporting and accompanying clients to appointments.
- PM Sleep Over shifts
- Weekend shifts

A registered car and current licence mandatory.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipswich, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
