In this rewarding role you will work in a team environment where every day will be different. With your can-do attitude, you will be responsible for the direct care of our residents ensuring they are able to "Live Life to the Full" in our home-like environment. We are looking for a casual Care Service Employees must be able to work AM, PM and night shift over a 7 day roster ( Week 1 and week 2) The indidviduals will be located in our homely facility at the Reynold Court | Bateau Bay

Reynolds Court Residential Aged Care | Bateau Bay | Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT)
As a Care Service Employee, you will:
Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty
Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort
Assist in mealtimes and social activities.
