**The Role**
Utilising previous experience in Workshop Dealerships, Production and/or, Pre-Delivery Controller, you will manage and motivate our skilled technicians and support team, allocating jobs efficiently, and maintaining our quality standards and reputable brand. Smash repair exposure is not required, intensive, 1 on 1, training and mentorship provided.
You will:
- Oversee workshop and allocated work, engaging with technicians to ensure that quality standards and productivity targets are achieved inline with company KPIs
- Drive efficiency and profitability, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional people supervision, quality control and customer satisfaction
- Provide technical guidance, sharing your industry knowledge and experience including responsibility for the development and growth of workshop technical skills
- Induct, support and train new workshop employees, monitoring progress and communicating feedback
- Monitor and actively engage in preventative WHS management and compliance, communicating expectations and leading by example
