We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Mobile Device Management Specialist** for **12 - month fixed-term contract** **with possible extension **to join our team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide level 2/3 MDM/UEM support for client and business customers.
- Perform standard MACs for MDM/UEM accounts and profiles.
- Provide MDM/UEM platform support.
- Put together and update technical and process documentation.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders confidently.

Who we're looking for?

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:

- Must have experience with IBM MaaS360 and Microsoft InTune
- 3 years of MDM/UEM platform support experience
- Strong knowledge of MDM/UEM platforms and technologies.
- Experience in performing standard MACs for MDM/UEM accounts and profiles.
- Ability to provide MDM/UEM platform support.
- Strong technical writing skills to put together technical and process documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
