Our rapidly growing mobile repair business is seeking individuals who can thrive in an environment of rapid growth and constant change. We offer a unique opportunity to work with a variety of mobile devices, including phones, iPads, and tablets.

About the Role

  • We conduct repairs on various mobile devices, including phones, iPads, and tablets.
  • Perform simple and complex repairs, such as front camera, back cameras, charging ports, and speakers replacements, as well as battery and screen replacements.
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries and technical phone issues.
  • Provide training to junior phone technicians when required.
  • Maintain high standards while maximizing productivity.
  • Ensure the repair area remains clean and organized.

We are looking for team players with a strong achievement focus and ability to deliver on performance targets.

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience as a mobile phone technician.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines with good computer literacy.
  • Understand what excellence looks like and strive to achieve it.
  • Support implementation of key drivers behind business change.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver excellent outcomes.
  • Identify process improvements and embed them within the immediate team.
