This position provides comprehensive training and hands-on experience in clinical pharmacy within a hospital setting.ResponsibilitiesDispensing and distributing medications in a fast-paced hospital settingProviding medication counselling and education to patientsSupporting IVF medicine provisionConducting medication reconciliation and preparing medicine management plansCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient careConsidering the financial implications of medication use for hospital and community accessYou'll be part of a supportive team that values learning and development and will gain exposure to hospital pharmacy systems, clinical decision-making, and patient-centred care.
This experience can be a stepping stone to future opportunities in public health, clinical pharmacy, or other roles within Icon Group.About You / QualificationsCurrent Pharmacist registration with AHPRAExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsHighly driven and enthusiasticStrong time management, planning and organisational skillsCommitment to delivering a high standard of customer serviceAustralian working rightsNo hospital experience required.
