This highly specialised agency is responsible for implementing support for hundreds of thousands of Australians living with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.

**Your new role**

You will provide project expertise within this socially focused project space, employing your high level written and communication skills, and APS non-ICT Project Management experience to develop project plans and large project schedules, measure and monitor performance, assess risks and ensure key deliverables and milestones are met for this fast moving division. Along with project experience, you will bring experience in change management and will be responsible for preparing change impact and business change assessments, along with contributing to the planning, strategy and approach to it.

Your organisational skills and ability to drive project time frames will be paramount to your success. With a strong background in Project Management, you'll be versatile and flexible in your approach and attitude. You'll show initiative, think strategically and have highly developed communication and liaison skills.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you will be a high-performing individual with experience in project support and change management with the ability to work to tight time-frames. As well as this, you will have:

- The ability to work independently and across teams.
- High level of organisation and project management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- The ability to think critically and strategically to foresee and best avoid complications and challenges along the projects life-cycle.
