Position Overview

The Intelligence Capability Division (ICD) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an APS6 Capability Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analytics, planning and delivering program and project functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting analytics and planning to deliver program and project functions.
  • Working with high attention to detail to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Guiding and mentoring APS4 and APS5 team members to achieve continuous improvement in the work area.
  • Developing critical thinking skills, strategic thinking and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Communicating effectively with compelling written and oral communication skills.

To be successful in this position, you will have:
