Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This role focuses on supporting our internal corporate functions and our expanding UK business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, timely financial reports, models, and analysis to business leaders.
  • Partner with the business to offer analytical advice and support on financial management issues.
  • Develop and deliver commercial solutions aligned with corporate financial targets.
  • Assist in preparing strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, offering insights and advice.
  • Collaborate on the corporate business plan and monitor key results through reporting and forecasting.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and financial modeling.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvements in systems and processes.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a business partnering role within a medium to large ASX-listed company, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and stakeholder influence skills.
