**What you will be doing**: - Contribute to the development and implementation of Housing and Homelessness Services, Category C Accommodation Package project plan, to develop accommodation supports which assist people who are disaster impacted. Lead a cross functional team that supports the Director in delivery of the Category C Accommodation Package project plan. Providing timely advice, options, and recommendations to senior management to resolve complex operational issues. Undertaking research and maintain knowledge in contemporary person-centre service delivery policy and practice, particularly pertaining to the disaster management environment. Preparing high quality documentation, reports, correspondence, briefing notes, plans, submissions, and presentations for the executive leadership team and external stakeholders. Supporting team members by monitoring, reporting and evaluating the delivery of the program, products and services. Taking a lead role in the ongoing development and preparation of project reports. Working with data and specialist analysts to source, compile and analyse data to inform decision making and support the success of the program. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other professionals, internal and external stakeholders across the department.
