Who are TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia.
We exist to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and throughout school holidays.
Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry.
You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Kilmore, 3764
You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 6.45am-9am
After school care: 2.30pm-6pm
Total hours: 28.75 per week

You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
Have experience in OSHC, early childhood, education, or youth work, or you're ready to learn
We'll support you every step of the way.

Communicate clearly and confidently with children, families, team members, and school leaders.
Are solutions-focused, team-minded, and have a proactive "let's make it happen" attitude.
Are passionate about delivering enriching, child-led experiences that foster growth and imagination.
Hold (or are working towards) a Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA.
