We are seeking a highly capable and driven
Warehouse & Distribution Manager
to lead our Dry Creek warehouse operations. This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive cultural transformation, uplift team engagement and deliver operational excellence.
Purpose of the Role
Lead and coach, building engagement and ownership from the ground up
Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
Drive cultural and behavioural change to improve team engagement and accountability
Empower team members through coaching, feedback, and development planning
Oversee warehouse operations including SAP transactions and manual handling equipment and fleet management
Collaborate with planning, production and operations teams to meet service levels
Manage labour costs, rosters, and training to align with budget and operational needs
Maintain product quality and food safety standards (HACCP, SQF, WQA)
Deliver on KPIs and performance goals across safety, quality and service
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong leadership experience within a FMCG warehouse environment
Demonstrated success in leading cultural change and improving team engagement
Proven ability to coach and empower individuals to achieve their potential
Deep understanding of safety, compliance and food quality standards
Exposure and understanding of lean processes and focus on continuous improvement
Proficiency in SAP will be desirable
Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
