Senior Analyst, Financial Institutions is an intermediate level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions and assisting clients in raising funds and other capital management activities.Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of Citi's Advisorybusiness activitiesLeverage past Advisoryor related experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilitiesContribute to building Citi's franchiseManage and mentor analysts by providing detailed guidance and feedback Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyQualifications:2-5 years of relevant experienceExperience creating financial analysesDemonstrated problem solving and organisational skillsClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with teams Please indicate if you have a sector preference: Industrials, PUI, Real Estate, FIG, Natural ResourcesEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceLI-HYBRID Job Family Group: Institutional Banking Job Family:Investment Banking Time Type: Full time Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above.
