**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Die Cutting Operator, preferably with packaging experience, however, will consider applicants with industry experience running similar equipment.

**Full-time**

**Day and Afternoon shifts available.**

Afternoon Shift - 4 day working week - Enjoy a long weekend every week.
Day Shift - Flexible start time - Start early and enjoy the afternoon.
Overtime available

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Operating a Bobst, Brausse or similar die cutting machines
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

"Safety First"
- Interpreting Job tickets and Work Orders
- Checking production outputs according to determined quality specifications
- Performing quality checks and determining proper corrective actions
- Following work instructions, and quality procedures
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with a Die Cutting Line or Printing Press will be well regarded
- Efficient time management and commitment to deadlines Entry level mathematics skill required with the ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
- Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate.
- Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardised situations

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
