**About the Company**

We are seeking a Customer Service product Officer to join a large NSW Government agency with flexible work arrangements. In this role you will provide quality, team based customer service by ensuring accurate information is delivered to customers.

**About the Role**
- Provide quality, team based customer service by ensuring accurate information is delivered to customers; and recognising individual customer needs and providing helpful, courteous service.
- Administer the specialised Management of Waterways products policies and procedures accurately.
- Contribute to the integrity of Management of Waterways products records by accurate and efficient computer processing.
- Support the administration of all operations and perform other duties as directed within the Service Delivery cluster.
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good

**About you**
- Capacity to understand and interpret the various regulations, policies, products and services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately conduct payment transactions and balance daily payments.
