**About Our Client**:
Our client provides business advisory, accounting, taxation, and financial services to a wide range of thriving businesses and individuals throughout Australia. With a well-established track record of delivering these services, our firm is experiencing ongoing growth and expansion.
- Analyse financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for the Firm's clients. Managers are also responsible for the managing and development of junior staff and graduates.
- Applies knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating and how the client is positioned in the industry.
- Consideration to long-term perspective on clients industry and identifies possible opportunities and risks for the client.
- Advises clients on practical and commercial issues and develops solutions which genuinely add value to the clients business.
- Meets with clients and is able to form positive relationships.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards.
- Designs, develops and analyses financial models.
- Identifies, research and resolve all complex accounting issues.
- Reviews income tax returns for individuals, companies, super funds, partnerships and trusts.
- Delivers complex tax planning to for clients.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- CA- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce
- Experience working in a similar role in a Chartered accounting firm for at least 4 years.
- Previous experience managing a team
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and build strong working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a thorough, systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of the team.
