**Front of House/ Brewing Admin** to join their them.

- Training about the craft of brewing with possible migration into the brewing team over time after suitable training and demonstrated ability
- Work closely with the brewing team during the day when FOH is quiet and get a unique insight to the industry
- Develop marketing strategies and work with our marketing consultant to drive sales
- Work with our B2B sales team who also manage retail opportunities, exhibitions and shows around the country
- Ability to work in multiple venues (Malaga, Bassendean, Long Neck, Southern Cross, Forrestdale and ultimately Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Bali as those ventures materialise)

Work hours - Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday 11pm to 7pm (for now) To be the brand ambassador and talk all things beverage Be experienced in front of house serving with an RSA Have a happy disposition, like people and want to share our amazing story Have an interest in craft beer, craft cider, craft spirits and liqueurs, craft seltzers etc Ideally understand brewing, if not we can teach but we want people to be able to talk about our process and how the beer is made, and get excited Get involved in marketing, sales and social media Manage stock and logistics for online orders Be outward looking and provide market and customer feedback direct to our brewing team, thinking of ways to engage and make the experience special for those on site
