**Key Role Responsibilities**

Provide administration support to the various teams on site
- Checking supplier invoices, managing debtors and reconciliations
- Managing and completing payroll tasks
- Subcontractor services and associated invoicing
- Administer and maintain logistics records
- Being the go-to person in the office and adapting your day to fit with different schedules
- Ensuring all requests from clients/customers are answered and actioned promptly
- Month-end processing, plant tracking, reporting, and data integrity
- Assist with health, safety, environment and quality administration
- Provide admin support throughout the business
- Support the health, safety, environmental and quality management systems administration management

**Who you are**

You will need to be a professional and easy-going person with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be efficient and reliable with a commitment to administration and customer service. In addition:

- Proven experience within administration with accounts receivable/payable
- A background in heavy industry, logistics and/or waste management is desirable
- Problem solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work in a small team environment and autonomously
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Be solutions orientated and willing to assist where needed
- High attention to detail
- Strong MS Office experience inclusive of Excel

**Job Types**: Casual, Graduate

**Salary**: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Henderson, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
