**About the role**

Our client is looking to appoint a Quality Education Manager to their aged care facility based in Adelaide's inner north.

Key responsibilities include:

- Educate, mentor and support care staff to deliver a high level of quality care
- Assess and identify clinical gaps and provide training solutions
- Provide coaching and advice to clinical staff
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate training records
- Complete monthly care home audits and quality indicator reports
- Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with policy, legislation, and privacy requirements
- Prepare staff for aged care commission visits
- Drive continuous improvement activities

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Education or Care Manager role within aged care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- National Police and NDIS clearances
- Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
- Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
- Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success

- Feedback requested and provided at all stages
- Continued communication and support after employment has commenced
