**Your Opportunity**
- **Optimise delivery routes**: Plan efficient delivery schedules to minimize costs and waiting times.
- **Collaborate across teams**: Work closely with Customer Interface, Execution, Rail Depots, Transport, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- **Enhance customer satisfaction**: Liaise with customers to negotiate delivery windows and ensure timely deliveries.
- **Implement strategic initiatives**: Identify opportunities for multi-combination deliveries and establish 'set and forget' delivery cycles.
- **Monitor and report**: Keep track of telemetry data and alert relevant parties during high-volume days.

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in the transport or supply chain industry, with 2-3 years in customer service or a similar logistics-focused role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- An understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue legislation, and delivery vehicle capabilities
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in route planning and a passion for driving process efficiency
