Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Position: Senior Manager, Product Marketing Job Description: What You'll Be DoingDefine and execute the roadmap and strategy for all current and future products within a business group.
Responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company's overall strategy and goals.Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop overall product strategy and drive tactical activities.Understand market opportunities and competition; specify market requirements for current and future products and supplier engagements.Work closely with the marketing team to manage product releases, promotions, and advertising campaigns.Engage with sales teams, prospects, and current customers to gather feedback on products.
Provide training and technical knowledge to support sales efforts.Participate in supplier meetings, strategies, and business reviews.What We Are Looking ForAt least 10 years of related experience in the electronics industry.Experience managing professional employees and/or supervisors.Accountability for the performance and results of a team within a specific discipline or function.Ability to adapt departmental plans and priorities to resource and operational challenges.Guided by policies, procedures, and business plans; receives guidance from senior management.Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers.Responsible for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams.Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, and termination.Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.What's In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and comprehensive benefits are important.
