Position:Senior Manager, Product MarketingJob Description:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for all current and future products within a business group. Responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop overall product strategy and drive tactical activities.
  • Understand market opportunities and competition; specify market requirements for current and future products and supplier engagements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage product releases, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
  • Engage with sales teams, prospects, and current customers to gather feedback on products. Provide training and technical knowledge to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in supplier meetings, strategies, and business reviews.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 10 years of related experience in the electronics industry.
  • Experience managing professional employees and/or supervisors.
  • Accountability for the performance and results of a team within a specific discipline or function.
  • Ability to adapt departmental plans and priorities to resource and operational challenges.
  • Guided by policies, procedures, and business plans; receives guidance from senior management.
  • Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsible for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams.
  • Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, and termination.
  • Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
