We are looking for a proactive and experienced Games Designer Mathematician with great communication skills to join our ReelWeb Studio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game design and development, combining mathematics and mechanics as 'building blocks' of gameplay with innovative, engaging graphics and themes.

Responsibilities Include:
Working as part of a team collaborating on and executing game ideas
Developing maths models and simulating proofs
Taking part in problem-solving sessions and bringing in new ideas to solve age-old issues
Communicating with development teams
Staying updated on emerging mathematical methods and technologies in the iGaming industry
Analyzing and refining game mechanics for better player experience and profitability

Requirements:

The successful candidate will need to have:

Previous experience as a Game Designer or similar
">
Experience developing game concepts, simulating game software, and math proof modeling
">
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
">
Higher education in Mathematics
">
Proficiency with C++ and Excel
">
Team player but also able to self-motivate and work independently
">
Experience developing game concepts, simulating game software and math proof modeling is an advantage

Demonstrated interest in the iGaming industry

Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage difficult situations
