**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire account lifecycle from renewal to expansion, demonstrating a proactive approach in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess their needs and align our solutions to their business goals, ensuring sustained account growth and satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to client needs and inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of each account's unique challenges and opportunities, crafting customized strategies to maximize value and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the customer support and product teams to address any product-related issues or enhancements that will benefit the client, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM systems to track account activity, sales progress, and lead management, ensuring all account information is up-to-date and communications are logged and followed.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and customer loyalty targets, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities for account growth.

**Position Requirements**:

- Preferred 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of technology products and the broader SaaS market, skilled in clearly and effectively communicating complex product features and advantages.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets within a SaaS environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach, with exceptional skills in negotiation and problem resolution.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and drive.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, SFDC, and other sales and customer relationship management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all business interactions.
