An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Educational Leader **to join the team and encourage our little one's true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Lakelands, Genius **childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
Genius Lakelands is located in the new developing Gardens Estate in Lakelands. Our brand-new purpose-built centre accommodates children from 6 weeks to 6 years across five rooms, with an engaging large outdoor playground and natural play space, each of our environments and brand-new resources is well designed to foster and enhance children's learning and development.

Our team here at Genius Lakelands aims to provide an inclusive, supportive, and positive culture that welcomes all educators from various backgrounds to join our team.

**Your new role**:

- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres

- Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.

- This Educational Leader role can either be combined with a co-leader role or a float role

**What you need**:

- Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
