We are seeking a detail-oriented Information Analyst to spearhead our data-driven strategies, ensuring our workforce aligns with our overarching organisational objectives.
- Coordination of workforce analysis activities to align with strategic goals.
- Development and upkeep of robust reporting systems for accurate data delivery.
- Proficient in data analysis and information system management.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience in HR systems monitoring and workforce trend analysis.
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Aptitude for complex report preparation and presentation.
