The Role
We are looking for a Casual Medical Assistant to join our Cannington practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experienced team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high-quality and comprehensive care for all patients. This role will provide support with reception and administrative duties while providing a superior customer service experience to patients and healthcare practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Clinical areas are adequately stocked and take action to replenish stock before depletion.
- Clean and sterilise instruments as required and take measures to ensure instruments are maintained and replaced when no longer in working order.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Document all patient care activities
- Provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for patients
- Provide admin support
- Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant, Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting or first year of Bachelor of Nursing completed
- Flexibility with availability
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Capacity to multi-task and prioritize
- Working With Children Check Clearance
- Evidence of routine immunization serology
- Eligibility to work in Australia required
