This full time Employment Consultant role based in Clare involves engaging with people who have barriers to finding/maintaining stable employment. This position is about being a support person to assist participants to overcome their barriers to find long term employment.

This is a career opportunity where you work alongside people from all cultures and backgrounds and guide them to reach their goals and live independently.

Being new to the Employment Services Industry is not a problem, we support our staff to learn on the job. If you enjoy facing challenges with a positive attitude and celebrating successes, this could be the job for you.

**Duties**
- Build professional relationships with participants to support them find/maintain employment
- Source and create new job opportunities with local employers
- Work independently and in a team
- Maintain quality records on IT systems
- Balance daily tasks to reach KPIs and deadline
