The successful applicants will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
**Riding Skills**: Ability to ride 8 - 10 horses per morning, with a strong emphasis on riding pace/timed work.

**Training Expertise**: Proven ability to train and educate a variety of horses, including young and inexperienced horses, colts, and seasoned racehorses. Experience in barrier education, jumpouts, and timed fast work is essential.

**Communication Skills**: Demonstrated ability to take instructions from various individuals and exhibit a high level of communication.

**Team Player**: Must be capable of working effectively and efficiently both as part of a team and independently.

Successful applicants will need to have contactable references. A current CV will be requested.
