Reporting to the Financial Controller, the **Purchasing and Sourcing Manager** will be responsible for developing and implementing purchasing strategies for site-specific goods and services. This role leads a small team within the Site Purchasing function and plays a key role in executing both group and site-based sourcing strategies.

With a strong focus on operational excellence, the manager will ensure procurement activities are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with Crown's values and business requirements. The role also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to integrate purchasing and supply strategies that support the property's operational goals.
**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies for site-specific goods and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Engage with business units to understand needs and provide strategic procurement advice
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procurement procedures
- Provide leadership, training, and development to team members

**Qualifications** About you**
You'll bring the following:

- Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Experience in hospitality or fast-paced operational environments preferred
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Finance desirable
