The Sofitel Brisbane Central is centrally located within the heart of Brisbane city. 416 elegantly appointed rooms and suites are complemented by the finest personal luxuries to make this one of Brisbane's best accommodation experiences. The hotel features various F&B outlets, two fitness centres, Day Spa and fully flexible event spaces for up to 1100 delegates.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the part time and casual roles of Food and Beverage Attendants in our sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar. As a member of our team, you will play a significant role in delivering unparalleled service to our valuable guests, contributing to the epitome of luxury hospitality.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, a positive demeanour, impeccable personal presentation, and the ability to greet guests with a warm "Bonjour" are essential prerequisites for this position.
**Qualifications** You'll excel in this role if you have**:

- Minimum 4 days availability to work from 11 AM to 11 PM
- Flexibility to work rotating roster, weekends and public holidays
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- Previous experience in restaurants, hosting, and providing luxury service is highly valued
- Demonstrated experience in a bar or lounge setting, with expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Warm, outgoing personality and a high level of personal presentation in line with our brand standards
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- Proactive ability to anticipate and address guest needs, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
