**The Role**

We are looking for an office all rounder who can help keep our business running smoothly. Every day is different. You would be the first point of contact for any questions/queries from both customers and staff, and closely assisting the Director with their needs.

**What you would do**

The main things you would do include:

- Work closely with the Director & store managers to organise and schedule meetings & appointments
- Oversee the operations of our 2 retail stores including stock supply ordering (office & cleaning supplies, shop bags etc)
- Streamline, update and implement policies & procedures for our growing business
- Foresee any operations issues and fix them promptly
- Admin duties
- Creating and analysing sales reports
- Organise meetings, functions, work events etc as required
- Assisting staff with on and off boarding processes
- Foster a friendly and supportive work environment
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Good computer literacy & IT skills - confident in MS Office & Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and multi task
- Good financial & numerical literacy
- Previous administration experience highly regarded
- Proactive - gets the job done
