**Solar Sales / Admin / All rounder**

Solar Engineers is a well known and established Engineeing Firm and have been operating since 2012. We are currently looking for a motivated SOLAR ALL ROUNDER for our Solar PV and HWS business segment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Quote for all Internal Sales / Warm Leads and establish Customer Relationship
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our installation team
- Managing and organizing paperwork and files
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, and maintain financial records.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
- Professionally and promptly processing customer orders, quotes, and telephone inquiries.
- Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and identifying opportunities to upsell.
- Performing general office duties.
- Maintain office records, spreadsheets and data base
- Maintain accounts data base by entering data into Xero accounting program.
- Maintain timely and accurate financial accounting.
- Scheduling of installations and maintenance of solar systems.

**Key Requirements**:

- Desire to make career in RENEWABLE INDUSTRY. Eager to learn and deliver tasks assigned.
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of solar power systems and renewable energy is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/G-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM software
- Experience with accounting software and financial record keeping.

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
