
Field Sales Representative

This role is a customer facing Sales role, which interacts with our Grocery Customers in Coles, Woolworths & Metcash. This role is responsible for our Ballarat Territory.
This role is accountable for driving sales through ensuring product distribution and physical availability of our brands across prime in-store locations.
In addition, this role is responsible for driving the quality of displays, delivering excellent execution in line with Perfect Store ambitions and building influential relationships with key stakeholders to deliver incremental business and category growth.
NOTE - this role requires approximately 2 nights travel away from home per month (1 trip per fortnight to Horsham).

- Driven, self-reliant and resilient - able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment.
- Comfortable analysing & interpreting sales data to derive insights, and then leveraging those insights in store to drive growth.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment which requires the ability to work independently towards a team goal and take ownership of results.
- Previous experience in Field Sales and Analytical roles would be beneficial for this role but is not essential.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Ensure delivery against KPI set within Territory: NSV (Sales) & Share Growth, Coverage Targets, Secondary Display & Perfect Store.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers & leverage these relationships to drive growth for Mars, for the Customer & within the Category.
- Drive quality & breadth of displays (both temporary & permanent) in line with Perfect Store Standards across territory.
- Drive physical availability of Mars Wrigley products in store, to achieve both business and category growth.
- Analyse territory Sales Data to identify opportunities in store & leverage to drive incremental sales growth
- Develop an understanding of Category and Shopper principles and be able to use this knowledge effectively in customer interactions to drive mutual growth.
