**About the Role**:
Our Brisbane office is looking for a charismatic personality to provide a stellar banking experience to our members.

In this role you will build relationships and provide an array of services to Teachers Mutual Bank Limited (TMBL) members. You will be responsible for uncovering member needs through genuine conversations, discussing and communicating information about all products and services.

**About You**:
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic team player, passionate about making a difference for our members and delivering exceptional service.

If you are a confident communicator with strong cross selling/sales skills you will excel in this role. Your ability to build rapport with a variety of people and a passion to go the extra mile will set you apart.

To succeed in this role you will hold a FSR Tier 2 accreditation and will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
