**Your role**:
As a
**Dynamics 365 Practice Lead **you will deliver your own design, configuration and consulting work in addition to leading and mentoring D365 Consultants. The role will also require strong facilitation skills as you will be an escalation point for your practice

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Ensure that projects are delivered as per the implementation methodologies
- Ensure all work performed is of a high technical and quality standard
- Participate in the presales process accessing the clients' needs
- Technical solution design and proposal writing
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance as required
- Assist team members with building and following a growth and personal development plan
- To be actively involved in Brennan IT's Best Practice and Continuous Improvement program.
- To review, create and maintain internal documentation and processes with the primary goal of achieving service delivery efficiencies.

**Skills you need to be successful in the role**:

- 5+ years of software development in Microsoft technologies
- Results-oriented and driven by achieving growth
- Ability to develop a practice development plan and own the execution of the initiatives
- Specific areas of Dynamics Solutions, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows
- Demonstrated experience implementing solutions utilising PowerApps & Flow is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience building on the PowerApps Component Framework
- Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues
- Ability to work in a billable hour target environment
