**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director you will help expand opportunities for CSL Seqirus ANZ by improving our professional customer connections and experiences through omni-channel leadership. You will partner with our sales and marketing teams to develop and enhance omnichannel experience capability and planning.

**The Role**
- Guide digital planning and implementation within CSL Seqirus
- Gather Insights to and measure impact for continual improvement
- Use innovation to build the digital strategy and implementation plans
- Develop Digital Capability within the organisation
- Governance over digital technologies and compliance

**Your skills and experience**
- A degree/qualification in marketing or equivalent
- Breadth and depth of experience in leading Digital capability
- Experience in marketing strategy development and multi-channel communication
- 5+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or analogous industry
- In-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Understanding of Customer Relationship and Content Management systems, marketing automation software, function of data warehouses,
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Google Ads and Social Media management is required.
- Project management including multiple-stakeholder, budget, human resources and vendors management
- Deep knowledge of supporting functions and field roles and related operations/processes specific to Pharma. Excel Patient Journey, Portfolio Management, Product lifecycle and Account Management
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
