**This Opportunity **is to deliver outcomes for our Facilities and Grounds Team - a team that is hands-on, customer service oriented and driven to deliver quality in all we build and maintain at Trinity College. Our reputation for creating healthy and attractive learning environments and best-in-class sporting facilities for our students attending Trinity College and our community is outstanding. We have a diverse footprint to maintain to including - Blackham Environmental and Conservation Centre, 6 Schools, an innovation centre, a world-class hockey pitch, a variety of sports ovals, an equestrian centre and a working farm and viticulture centre.

**Key accountabilities** include:

- Ensure our resources and assets are maintained for optimum performance and conditions
- Support the preparation of daily work programs
- Actively promote and demonstrate the values within the Trinity College - Facilities Customer Service Charter
- Deliver a solution-oriented approach and demonstrate flexibility in supporting the dynamic nature of our College environment

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Relevant trade qualifications are required (structure, maintenance, fabrication)
- Demonstrated building or trade industry experience with the ability to undertake general trade construction, maintenance and repair duties
- A rigorous approach to safe work practices appropriate within a school and child-care environment
- Experience in assisting in the planning and organisation of tasks to meet tight deadlines
- A strong sense of judgement and discretion with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity principles at all times
- Flexible approach to working out of hours to accommodate key events, able to work during school holidays.
- Exceptional work ethic where high-quality work standards are delivered
- Evident strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with team members professionally and by Trinity College Values
- All Trinity College Staff must comply with the College's Child Safe Policy and adhere to the Child Safety Code of Conduct.
- Current South Australian Driver's License without restrictions
- A builder license would be an advantage
