Job Title: Skilled Tradesperson

Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a new challenge?
We're seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Commercial Leading Hand.

About the Role

As a Commercial Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for managing and integrating subcontractors, building strong relationships with clients, project teams, and suppliers. You'll implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, interpret project documentation, and lead and support the onsite team.

You'll have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in carpentry or a similar trade, including demolition and general site work. You'll demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

You'll own standard trade tools and have a valid Construction White Card, Australian Driver's Licence, and ability to pass drug/alcohol and fit-for-work assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in carpentry or a similar trade
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Valid Construction White Card and Australian Driver's Licence
