We are looking for a Junior Workshop Administrator to join our expanding Workshop Team. You will assist with the daily transport operations of the business performing administration tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in our business. This role doesn't require any experience in the industry, **We are willing to training anyone with the right attitude irrespective of their experience.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day administration such as data entry, record keeping, ordering parts and supplies.
- Daily completion of Purchase Orders and invoice reconciliations to PO's
- Monitoring stock levels
- Stock & parts coordination and management
- Answering internal and external enquiries
- Coordinating with mechanics and suppliers
- Other duties as required.
